In our many years of working with professionals, we have never met someone as knowledgeable, professional and just plain kind, as Judy Wright. We were snow birds looking for a place in the Sarasota area. Judy helped us find a lovely pre construction condo and advised "this is the area to consider for what you have described you want"..and was she right! It was perfect. Ten years later, when we were ready to sell, we called Judy. Although our permanent home was in another city, Judy managed the listing as if we were next door. She found the perfect buyer, and when we had a hiccup before closing, she managed all of the issues to keep the sale on tract. She came recommended from our friend. Judy is the a gem--a rare find! Selling a property entrusted in an estate is not an easy event, especially with all beneficiary parties in three different states. However, Judy made the process appear seamless, worry-free and executable from a far. I did not have to worry about anything. In fact, we needed quite a bit of work done on the unit prior to the final sale and Judy arranged for the contractors, the billing, and saw through the entire completion of the work.
