Judy is the a gem--a rare find! Selling a property entrusted in an estate is not an easy event, especially with all beneficiary parties in three different states. However, Judy made the process appear seamless, worry-free and executable from a far. I did not have to worry about anything. In fact, we needed quite a bit of work done on the unit prior to the final sale and Judy arranged for the contractors, the billing, and saw through the entire completion of the work.
