Judy was amazing to work with as our selling agent, and she was battle-tested because our waterfront house took TWO direct hits from hurricanes while it was on the market and we were 3,000 miles away. She took care of everything to help prevent damage, and after the storms had it cleaned up very quickly. She was wonderfully efficient, sharp, professional, dependable, knowledgeable, helpful and kind, even under extremely stressful conditions. I would highly recommend her to anyone. I feel very lucky to have had her on my team during such a challenging time.

Judy is very knowledgeable of the current market trends. She was very helpful and straight forward with me on the sale of my home. Judy is the a gem--a rare find! Selling a property entrusted in an estate is not an easy event, especially with all beneficiary parties in three different states. However, Judy made the process appear seamless, worry-free and executable from a far. I did not have to worry about anything. In fact, we needed quite a bit of work done on the unit prior to the final sale and Judy arranged for the contractors, the billing, and saw through the entire completion of the work. Judy’s work is impeccable. As a strong and wise professional in her industry, she’s also a very kind and compassionate realtor. We had undergone this process during a very sensitive time within our family, and she made every provision to make this process as smooth as possible. I would recommend her hands down to anyone needing assistance in listing and brokering their unit, residence, or personal property.

Judy did a fantastic job on a not so easy to sell property that was in the name of a trust (in IN), due to an estate. She was VERY helpful and thorough. We could not have completed the sale without her! I would highly recommend her and use her again, if the opportunity ever arises.
